AI solutions

AI that makes it to production.

Most enterprises can pilot AI. Far fewer can put it into production and keep it there. We help you learn where you actually stand, choose the use cases worth doing, build what holds up, and leave your people able to run it without us.

Why AI stalls

Most AI fails before a model is ever built.

The majority of enterprise AI never reaches production. Not because the technology fails, but because the organization wasn't ready. The fix isn't more pilots. It's an honest picture of where you stand before you invest.

Data that isn't usable

Poor quality, inaccessible, or ungoverned data undermines a model before it's built.

Use cases that aren't worth it

Low-value applications consume budget and attention without a measurable return.

No owner after the pilot

Pilots stall at handoff. No team, no process, no path to production.

Governance gaps

Missing security, compliance, and risk controls at the start create costly rework later.

Start with the truth

Know exactly where you stand.

Before you invest, we assess your AI readiness across six dimensions. We score against evidence, not optimism: interviews, system reviews, and data sampling across your environment. You get a clear read on your gaps, a benchmark against industry peers, and a prioritized roadmap tied to business outcomes. Most assessments run a few weeks, scoped to the decision you need to make.

01

Data readiness

Quality, access, governance, and the pipelines that feed AI.

Cloud, compute, tooling, and the path to MLOps.

03

Talent & skills

The capabilities your teams have, and the gaps they don't.

04

Strategy & leadership

Clarity of vision, sponsorship, and funding.

05

What we do

The range to act on what the assessment finds.

AI strategy and roadmap

A fundable, sequenced plan: which use cases, in what order, and what they're worth. Strategy grounded in your data, your systems, and your people, not a generic maturity deck. Part of our Consulting practice →

Data engineering

The unglamorous work that makes AI possible. Pipelines, quality, and governance that close the data gaps an assessment surfaces, built to carry production workloads.

AI solutions built for production

Generative AI, analytics, and intelligent automation, built governed and secure. Our senior engineers work inside your business, close to the data, the systems, and the decisions, so what ships fits reality and holds up after we leave.

AI training and enablement

We build your people's capability alongside the work, so you can run and extend what we deliver. For one Fortune 100 insurance corporation, we designed and delivered the custom training program that stood up its first internal AI engineering team, eight weeks from inception to delivery. How we work

Every engagement runs on ABCD.

A

Assess

Start with the truth: an honest read of where you stand, what's working, and what isn't.

B

Brainstorm

Think through the options with your team in the room, not behind a deck.

C

Coach

Build capability as you go, so the gains hold after we leave.

D

Deliver

Ship the work into operating reality, and stay until it holds.

We measure success not by how long you need us, but by how quickly you don't.

Proof, not promises

A Fortune 100 insurer's first internal AI engineering team, in eight weeks.

A national insurance corporation wanted virtual assistants and chatbots on its customer site, and an internal team able to build them. We assessed the goals, designed a custom foundational program across AWS, Python, data analytics, and machine learning, and delivered it with six specialist coaches, ending in a two-day hands-on hackathon. The client left with its first internal AI engineering team and a repeatable program for growing it.

Common questions

Questions we hear often.

How do you assess AI readiness?
We score six dimensions, data, technology, talent, strategy, process, and governance, against evidence from interviews, system reviews, and data sampling. Then we benchmark you against industry peers and produce a prioritized roadmap.
How long does an assessment take?
Most run a few weeks, depending on scope and the number of business units involved. We scope it with you in an initial consultation.
We already have AI projects underway. Do we still need this?
Often, yes. An assessment is how teams find out why existing pilots have stalled, and which of them are worth scaling.
