Client Delivery Services Director

What you'll own
- A portfolio of concurrent client engagements across talent, consulting, managed services, and training.
- Statements of work end to end: scope, deliverables, timelines, terms, and change orders.
- Delivery against milestones, with risks and resourcing gaps spotted early and driven to resolution.
- The senior client relationship, and expansion or renewal opportunities handed to Sales with context.
What you bring
- Deep project and software-delivery knowledge, enough to oversee delivery and hold engagements accountable.
- A delivery-and-sales orientation rather than hands-on project execution.
- Proven account and SOW management in consulting, professional services, or agency work.
- Confident communication with senior client stakeholders, including status and escalations.
- Commercial acumen around invoicing and the mechanics of SOW-based engagements.
Product and Service Delivery Lead
Own the operational backbone of delivery, the instructors, content, and platforms, so every Agile Brains session simply works.
What you'll own
- The contract instructor network: rates, contracts, scheduling, quality, and day-of support.
- The courseware library: one source of truth, current and complete, staged before every delivery.
- Virtual delivery platforms: Zoom setup and licensing, plus Teams, Webex, or client-hosted when required.
- Delivery readiness across the board, so no instructor walks in with stale or missing materials.
What you bring
- 5+ years in B2B training delivery operations, program management, or training coordination at scale.
- Confident, hands-on GenAI skills in daily work.
- Deep understanding of virtual instructor-led training and the platforms that shape it.
- A working grasp of the contract instructor model, from sourcing to retention.
- Exceptional detail orientation, the kind that catches the outdated slide and the double-booked instructor first.
