Product and Service Delivery Lead
Own the operational backbone of delivery, the instructors, content, and platforms, so every Agile Brains session simply works.
About the Role
Agile Brains Consulting is a partner for the full range of enterprise IT: the talent to staff a function, the consulting to shape it, the managed services to run it, and the training to make teams self-sufficient, with AI woven through the work. Training is how we leave clients stronger and able to stand on their own; it is the proof of our promise, not a sideline. As we scale how we deliver that learning, we need a single owner for the operational backbone behind every session we run.
The Product and Service Delivery Lead is that owner. The role sits at the intersection of our contract instructor network, our courseware library, and our virtual delivery platforms, making sure the right instructor shows up with the right materials on the right platform, every time. When the role is done well, clients never see the machinery; they experience a session that simply works.
This is a hands-on operational role for someone who takes pride in details, builds trust with independent professionals, and knows what it takes to deliver learning at a high standard. It is a direct expression of how Agile Brains works: tell clients the truth, deliver the range to back it up, and leave them self-sufficient.
Focus areas
01
Contract Instructor Management
Build and run a best-in-class network of contract instructors.
02
Content and Courseware Management
Every course, current and complete, stored where it belongs.
03
Virtual Delivery Platform Management
Frictionless virtual classrooms, on our platform or the client's.
Core Responsibility Areas
- Rate finalization. Negotiate and finalize instructor day rates and engagement terms, balancing instructor value with course margin targets.
- Contracting. Manage the full contracting lifecycle (agreements, statements of work, NDAs, and renewals), keeping all instructor paperwork current and compliant.
- Schedule management. Own the instructor assignment calendar; match instructor expertise and availability to confirmed deliveries, manage conflicts, and maintain backup coverage for every scheduled event.
- Quality control. Monitor delivery quality through session observation, participant evaluations, and client feedback; coach instructors on findings and manage performance issues directly and professionally.
- Delivery support. Serve as the instructor's go-to resource before, during, and after delivery, confirming logistics, resolving day-of issues, and closing the loop on post-session follow-ups.
- Content currency. Ensure all course content is up to date, accurate, and aligned to the latest version of each offering; drive scheduled review cycles and coordinate updates with content owners and instructors.
- Repository management. Maintain the single source of truth for all courseware, enforcing naming conventions, version control, and correct storage locations so the current version is always the easy one to find.
- Supporting materials. Keep every asset associated with a course (Miro boards, handouts, workbooks, exercises, templates, and pre and post-work) current, complete, and properly located alongside the core deck.
- Delivery readiness. Verify that complete, correct materials packages are staged and confirmed ahead of every scheduled delivery; no instructor walks into a session with stale or missing assets.
- Brand and quality standards. Ensure all client-facing materials meet Agile Brains brand, formatting, and quality standards.
- Licensing administration. Manage licensing for Agile Brains' virtual delivery toolset (Zoom as the default platform, Miro, and supporting tools), including seat allocation, renewals, and cost tracking.
- Session setup. Own platform setup for virtual deliveries: session creation, registration links, breakout configuration, recordings, and instructor and producer access.
- Alternative platform coordination. Partner with Operations when customers require platforms other than Zoom (for example Microsoft Teams, Webex, or client-hosted environments), validating requirements, testing functionality against course design, and confirming instructor readiness on the alternative tool.
- Business Administrator backup. Serve as backup for the Business Administrator responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring
Required experience and skills
- B2B training experience. 5+ years in business-to-business training and professional development: delivery operations, program management, or training coordination at scale.
- Strong GenAI skills. Confident, hands-on user of GenAI tools in daily work (content review, communications, process automation, analysis) and comfortable operating in a firm where AI is woven through how we work.
- Virtual delivery depth. Deep understanding of virtual instructor-led training: what makes it work, what breaks it, and how platforms like Zoom, Teams, and Miro shape the learner experience.
- Contract instruction model. Working understanding of the contract instructor model: how independent instructors are sourced, engaged, scheduled, compensated, and retained.
- Interpersonal strength. Strong relationship skills; able to earn the trust of senior contract instructors, work cross-functionally with Operations and Sales, and represent Agile Brains professionally with clients.
- Detail orientation. Exceptionally detail-oriented, the kind of person who catches the outdated slide, the expired license, and the double-booked instructor before anyone else does.
Nice to Have
- Experience administering training delivery platforms, an LMS, or scheduling systems.
- Background in Agile, product management, business analysis, or AI and GenAI training content.
- Vendor or contractor management experience, including rate negotiation.
How Success Is Measured
- Zero missed or compromised deliveries due to instructor, content, or platform readiness gaps.
- Instructor satisfaction and retention across the contract network.
- Course materials audit results: currency, completeness, and correct storage across the catalog.
- Participant and client evaluation scores for delivery quality.
- Platform licensing managed within budget with no lapses or access failures.
