Om Hashmi
Om co-founded Agile Brains Consulting and leads its services and consulting practice. He has trained and coached more than 1,500 professionals on agility and technical program management, and began his career in process design and engineering, where he helped deliver multi-million-dollar programs around the world. He brings a hands-on, results-driven approach to every engagement, from optimizing business processes to driving AI solutions into enterprise organizations at scale.
David Mantica
David has spent more than 30 years developing empowered knowledge workers, with over 700 speaking engagements spanning product management, project management, software development, and executive leadership. He previously built a B2B training firm to $13M in revenue in seven years, and today he helps organizations equip their teams with the critical skills to work effectively in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world. He is based in Raleigh-Durham, NC.
Lara Hill
Lara has spent 15 years leading marketing strategy for ecommerce and tech companies, with an emphasis on adaptability and value delivery. She is a longtime advocate for AI literacy and ethical AI practice, and she consults with leaders on strengthening their digital presence through personal branding and content, always balancing technology with a human touch.

Kinzie has worked in B2B training since 1995, helping individuals and organizations build strategic learning and development plans that foster employee growth and align with business objectives. She joined the team in 2019 to help grow the U.S. business from its early stages, and what drives her most is supporting professional growth and connecting with people across a wide range of companies and backgrounds.
Nancy Nickel
Nancy has built her career at leading learning organizations including Global Knowledge, ExitCertified, and AICPA-CIMA, consistently exceeding sales targets. Managing national accounts, she delivered 30% growth between 2023 and 2025 through strategic upselling and cross-selling, and she is known for developing tailored education solutions and fostering long-term client relationships.
Erica Loring
Erica brings more than 25 years of program and operations experience in the learning industry, including sixteen years at Global Knowledge and five years managing learning partner programs at Cprime. She keeps engagements running smoothly for our clients, from scheduling and logistics through reporting and renewals, with the precision that comes from decades of making complex training operations work. She is based in Cary, NC.
